Thai Massage Policies
Appointments
While we do accept walk-ins, we highly recommend making advanced bookings to ensure you secure your desired date and time for your massage, couples massage, or treatment. To confirm your appointment, we do require a credit card number at the time of reservation. Reservations can be made either online or by giving us a call. Once you've made your reservation online, you'll receive a confirmation via email and/or telephone. Please note that a credit card is necessary to guarantee all appointments. Massage sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time. The time needed for consultation and changing is included in the session time.
Checking In
We kindly ask that you check in at the spa reception at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows ample time to fill out the intake form, engage in a brief discussion with your massage therapist about your medical history, and share your goals for the massage treatment. Arriving early also provides an opportunity to unwind and clear your mind, enhancing your overall relaxation experience. Consultation/dressing time is included in the massage session time. Sessions that begin late due to the client's late arrival will end at the scheduled time, and the client will be billed for the full time. We also require clients to be clean and showered prior to receiving their massage.
Late Arrivals & Session Length
If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next booking, but you will be charged for the full scheduled session. Please arrive on time to enjoy your full treatment.
Cancelations & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be fully refunded minus any applicable processing fees. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service price. No-shows will be charged the full session amount.
Etiquette
In order to maintain the tranquil ambiance that defines the experience at our spa, we kindly request that all guests not only switch their mobile phones and electronic devices to silent mode but also make an effort to keep the volume of their voices down. By minimizing noise levels, we aim to create a peaceful environment where individuals can fully relax and immerse themselves in the therapeutic benefits of our treatments. This practice not only enhances the overall experience for our guests but also ensures that everyone can fully enjoy the serenity and tranquility of our spa setting.
Health Considerations
To ensure your safety and comfort, please inform your therapist or our staff of any health concerns prior to your session. This includes, but is not limited to: pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart conditions, recent surgeries or injuries, allergies, contagious illnesses, skin conditions, or any other medical concerns. Failure to disclose relevant health information may limit our ability to provide safe treatment. Your safety is paramount to us, and your treatment may necessitate special considerations.

In order to maintain a healthy environment, we kindly ask clients experiencing symptoms of illness—such as colds, fevers, or the flu—to reschedule their appointment for a later date. Receiving a massage during the initial or final stages of illness is not advisable, as massage promotes blood circulation which may worsen the infection or cause symptom relapse. Your health and safety, as well as that of our therapists and other clients, is our top priority.
Draping Policy
Clients will be appropriately draped with a sheet and/or towel at all times during their massage. Only areas of the body that are currently being treated will be exposed. The breast and genital areas will always remain draped and are never massaged.
Draping is a legal requirement and will be enforced at all times. Clients must remain appropriately draped throughout their session, with only the area being worked on exposed. Any request to remove draping will be considered sexual harassment and will result in immediate termination of the session without refund, and the client may be permanently banned from booking future appointments. If a session is terminated due to inappropriate behavior, the client will be charged the full session price and asked to leave immediately. If necessary, law enforcement may be contacted.
Hygene/Bodily Fluids
Hygiene, Linens & Service Refusals
To maintain a sanitary and respectful environment, the following policies apply:
-
Clients must arrive clean and free of excessive body odor. Proper hygiene is required for the comfort and safety of both clients and therapists.
-
Clients who have applied spray tans, heavy makeup, self-tanning lotions, body glitter, or other residue-producing products may be refused service. These substances can damage linens and violate hygiene standards. If a client arrives with such products on their skin, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the full service charge will apply.
-
Any discharge of bodily fluids during a session—including excessive sweating, open wounds, bleeding, urine, semen, or other fluids—will result in immediate termination of the session. The client will be responsible for full payment of the session and may be charged additional cleaning fees if linens or equipment are affected.
-
Draping is mandatory at all times. Only the area being treated will be exposed. Any request to remove or alter draping will be considered sexual harassment, resulting in immediate session termination without refund and possible permanent banning from future appointments. Law enforcement may be contacted if necessary.
-
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any client exhibiting inappropriate conduct including, but not limited to, hygiene concerns, unwanted touching, harassment, intoxication, repeated policy violations, or any behavior compromising staff or guest safety. Such conduct may also lead to permanent banning from our services.
