Important Notice
This Massage Policy page is provided for general informational purposes only and outlines guest expectations, spa etiquette, and safety standards. It does not define fees, penalties, refunds, or cancellation timelines. In the event of any conflict, Luxe Thai Massage’s Terms & Conditions and, if applicable, Membership Terms shall govern.

By booking an appointment or visiting our spa, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these policies and the applicable Terms & Conditions.

Appointments & Booking
While walk-ins may be accommodated when available, advance booking is strongly recommended to secure your preferred date and time. A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Booking confirmations are provided via email and or phone.

Massage sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Consultation, dressing, and transition time are included in the session duration.
​
Check-In & Arrival
Guests are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in, intake, and consultation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session in order to respect subsequent appointments.

Guests must arrive clean and prepared for their session.
​
Scheduling, Cancellations & Emergencies
Late arrivals, cancellations, reschedules, no-shows, refunds, forfeitures, and any applicable fees are governed by Luxe Thai Massage’s Terms & Conditions and, if applicable, Membership Terms.

Appointments affected by severe weather, emergencies, or events beyond our control are governed by the Adverse Weather and Force Majeure provisions in our Terms & Conditions.

Health Considerations
For your safety and comfort, please inform your therapist or our staff of any medical conditions or health concerns prior to your session, including pregnancy, injuries, surgeries, allergies, contagious illness, or other relevant conditions.

Massage services are provided for relaxation and general wellness only and are not a substitute for medical care. If you are feeling unwell or contagious, please reschedule your appointment.

Draping & Professional Conduct
Proper draping is required at all times during massage sessions. Only the area being worked on will be exposed. Requests to alter or remove draping are not permitted.
Any inappropriate behavior, including unwanted touching, sexual comments, harassment, or threatening conduct, may result in immediate termination of the session and permanent refusal of future services.

Hygiene, Linens & Service Refusal
Guests must maintain appropriate hygiene standards. Services may be refused or terminated if hygiene issues, residue-producing products, or other conditions compromise sanitation, safety, or the guest experience.

Luxe Thai Massage reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for any behavior that compromises the safety, comfort, or professionalism of our staff or guests. Service refusal or termination decisions are made to protect the safety, comfort, and professionalism of our environment.

Etiquette
To preserve a calm and relaxing environment, guests are asked to silence electronic devices and maintain respectful noise levels throughout their visit.

Payments & Gift Cards
Payment terms, refunds, gift card usage, and dispute handling are governed by Luxe Thai Massage’s Terms & Conditions.

Agreement
These Massage Policies are a condition of booking and receiving services at Luxe Thai Massage. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these policies and the applicable Terms & Conditions.
