1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or booking services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Offered

Luxe Thai Massage provides professional massage therapy services, including but not limited to Thai, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Couples, and Foot massages. All services are by appointment only and subject to availability.

3. Booking, Check-In, and Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments: Appointments can be booked online or by phone. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure all appointments.

  • Check-In: Clients are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to complete intake forms and participate in any necessary pre-session consultations. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session with no discount or time extension.

  • Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with sufficient notice may be eligible for a refund, minus a small processing fee. No-shows or late cancellations may be charged the full-service price.

4. Payment and Refunds

  • Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment as displayed on our website.

  • Refunds: Completed services are non-refundable. However, cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may qualify for a refund minus applicable processing fees.

5. Gift Cards and Promotions

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be presented at the time of service.

  • Promotions: Promotional offers are subject to specific terms and may be modified or discontinued without prior notice.

6. Draping and Professional Conduct

  • Draping Policy: Clients will be appropriately draped at all times during sessions. Only the area being worked on will be uncovered to ensure comfort, privacy, and professionalism.

  • Conduct: Any inappropriate or sexually suggestive behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and possible ban from future bookings. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

7. Health Considerations

Clients are responsible for informing the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or illnesses prior to the session. Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment, and clients should consult their physician if unsure whether massage is appropriate for them.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our website or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

  • Disrupt or interfere with the security or functionality of the site.

  • Attempt to access any part of the site or services without authorization.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and service names, is the property of Luxe Thai Massage, LLC and is protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

11. Disclaimers

  • No Guaranteed Outcomes: Individual results may vary based on the service, and we do not guarantee specific health or wellness outcomes.

  • Service Limitations: Our therapists are licensed and insured but do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medical treatments.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxe Thai Massage and its staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our website or services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luxe Thai Massage, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims or damages resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
