Welcome to Luxe Thai Massage. By accessing our website (https://www.luxethaimassage.com) or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they govern your use of our website, booking system, and in-person services.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment or using our website, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms. Continued use of our services implies full acceptance of these Terms & our Privacy Policy.

Minors & Guardian Consent

Clients under age 18 may book services online; however, a parent or legal guardian must provide written consent before services are performed. Luxe Thai Massage reserves the right to refuse service if proper consent is not provided.

Referral Program Terms

Luxe Thai Massage’s Referral Program allows current customers to earn credits by referring new clients. By participating, you agree to the following terms:

Referral credits are awarded only when the referred individual is a new customer who completes their first massage appointment with Luxe Thai Massage.
After completing a massage, referring customers receive a personalized referral card to share. The referral card must be presented by the new customer at their appointment to validate the referral.
Referral credits are issued as coupon codes valid exclusively for online bookings of massage services. Coupons cannot be used for membership fees, gift cards, or other purchases.
Referral credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and expire 90 days after issuance with no exceptions.
Customers must complete a massage appointment and receive a new referral card before earning additional referral credits.
Luxe Thai Massage reserves the right to modify or cancel the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
Any fraudulent referrals or misuse of the program will result in disqualification from participation and revocation of earned credits.
By participating, you may receive referral-related communications via email or SMS. Marketing messages are sent only if you have opted in and consent is not required to participate.
Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating these terms.

Services Offered

Luxe Thai Massage provides professional, therapeutic massage services by licensed therapists. Our services include Thai Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Couples Massage, Four Hands Massage, and Foot Massage. All services are provided by appointment only and are subject to availability.

Service Modifications

Luxe Thai Massage reserves the right to modify, substitute, or discontinue specific services, enhancements, therapists, or room assignments as necessary for operational, staffing, or safety reasons. Such modifications do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

Therapist Assignments: While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate therapist requests, Luxe Thai Massage does not guarantee specific therapists or therapist gender. Therapist assignments are subject to availability and operational needs and do not constitute grounds for refund, discount, or cancellation without penalty.

Booking, Check-In, and Cancellation & Refund Policy

By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to Luxe Thai Massage’s cancellation and refund policy.
Appointments:
- Must be booked online or via phone. A valid credit card may be required to secure all bookings.
- Appointments booked by phone are subject to the same cancellation, no-show, and payment policies as appointments booked online.
- Any applicable online booking discounts must be selected and applied at the time of checkout. Discounts cannot be added, retroactively applied, or honored after a booking has been completed.
- Couples & Four Hands Massage Bookings: Due to scheduling complexity and therapist availability, couples massage appointments (including standard and foot couples services) and Four Hands massage appointments may be required to be booked online, particularly during peak demand periods such as weekends, holidays, or other high-volume times, to ensure that the required therapists and appropriate treatment suite are secured simultaneously.
Check-In: Clients should arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next booking, but you will be charged for the full scheduled session. Please arrive on time to enjoy your full treatment.
Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be fully refunded minus any applicable processing fees.
Cancellations made between 5 and 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50 percent of the scheduled service price.
Cancellations made less than 5 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100 percent of the scheduled service price and are not eligible for any refund or reschedule.
Fee waivers are discretionary and do not create precedent.
Membership billing, cancellations, session expiration, and refunds are governed separately by the Luxe VIP Membership Terms & Conditions, which control in the event of any conflict.
Luxe Thai Massage may, at its sole discretion, waive cancellation or late fees in individual cases. Any such waiver is a courtesy and does not create precedent or modify this policy for future bookings.

Adverse Weather and Force Majeure

Luxe Thai Massage reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify appointments due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, power outages, government advisories, or other events beyond our reasonable control that may impact safety or operations.

If Luxe Thai Massage cancels an appointment due to such conditions, the session will not be forfeited and may be rescheduled without penalty, subject to availability.

If a client is unable to attend an appointment due to severe or unsafe weather conditions, Luxe Thai Massage may, at its sole discretion, waive cancellation penalties or forfeiture requirements. Members are encouraged to notify us as soon as possible if weather conditions may affect their appointment.

Luxe Thai Massage’s determination regarding adverse weather and operational safety shall be final.

Hygiene, Linens & Service Refusals

To maintain a sanitary, respectful environment, the following policies apply:

Spray Tans, Makeup & Transferable Products: Clients with spray tans, heavy makeup, self-tanning lotions, body glitter, or other residue-producing products may be refused service. These can damage our linens and violate hygiene protocols. If a client arrives with any such product on their skin, the appointment will be considered a no-show and the full-service charge will apply.
Damage to Linens: If damage occurs due to residue, tanning products, bodily fluids (accidental or otherwise), or other staining agents, a $50 linen damage fee will be added to the client's bill.
Fluid Discharge: Any discharge—intentional or accidental—that occurs during the session will result in immediate termination of the session and full payment will still be required.
Draping Requirements: Clients must remain fully draped at all times. Any request to remove or modify the draping will result in immediate termination of the session, a full charge, and possible permanent banning.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason not prohibited by law, including past behavior at our establishment or others, suspected or confirmed inappropriate conduct, and known history of sexual misconduct or criminal behavior.

Security Cameras and Premises Monitoring

For the safety and security of our clients, staff, and property, Luxe Thai Massage may utilize video surveillance in common areas of the premises, including entrances, reception areas, hallways, and exterior spaces.

No video or audio recording occurs within treatment rooms, restrooms, or other private areas where privacy is reasonably expected.

By entering the premises, clients acknowledge and consent to such monitoring for security and operational purposes.

Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any client exhibiting inappropriate conduct. This includes, but is not limited to:

Hygiene concerns
Unwanted touching
Harassment
Sexual innuendo
Inappropriate behavior or threatening speech (including disrespectful language or requests)
Anyone suspected of engaging in, or has a known history of, inappropriate conduct toward massage therapists at our establishment or any other massage therapy business
Signs of intoxication or drug influence
Repeated policy violations
Any behavior that compromises the safety and comfort of our staff or other guests
Clients who appear intoxicated, impaired, or otherwise unfit to safely receive massage therapy may be refused service at management’s discretion. Such appointments will be considered rendered for billing purposes and are not eligible for refund.

Such actions may also result in the client being banned from future services.

Payment, Refunds & Gift Cards

Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and other forms of payment as listed on our site.
Refunds: No refunds are issued for completed services. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be refunded minus any applicable processing fees.
Partial refunds are not issued for shortened sessions, late arrivals, declined services, or early termination initiated by the client.
Gift Cards: Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Must be presented at the time of service.
Gift cards may be redeemed for regular-priced services and products only. They cannot be applied toward memberships or membership fees.
Pricing Errors: Luxe Thai Massage reserves the right to correct pricing errors, promotional errors, or system inaccuracies at any time. Incorrect prices do not obligate Luxe Thai Massage to honor unintended rates or promotions.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Luxe Thai Massage directly to attempt resolution of any billing concern prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution. Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in denial of future services and recovery of associated dispute fees where permitted by law.

Health Disclosure & Responsibilities

To ensure your safety and comfort, please inform your therapist or our staff of any health concerns prior to your session. This includes, but is not limited to: pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart conditions, recent surgeries or injuries, allergies, contagious illnesses, skin conditions, or any other medical concerns. Failure to disclose relevant health information may limit our ability to provide safe treatment.

Massage is not a substitute for medical care.
Clients should consult their physician if unsure about receiving massage therapy.
Please reschedule your session if you are ill or contagious.

User Conduct (Website)

You agree not to:

Use the website for illegal purposes.
Attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the site.
Interfere with or compromise the functionality of the website.

Electronic Communications & SMS

By booking services or providing your contact information, you agree to receive transactional communications from Luxe Thai Massage via email or SMS, including appointment confirmations, reminders, policy notices, and service updates.

If you opt in, you may also receive marketing or promotional text messages. Marketing consent is optional and not required to book services.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing texts at any time by replying STOP.

Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, text, images, and service names are owned by Luxe Thai Massage, LLC. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Third-Party Links

We may link to third-party websites. Luxe Thai Massage is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Disclaimers

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or therapeutic results.
All therapists are licensed and insured but do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
Massage services are provided for relaxation and general wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxe Thai Massage and its team are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to your use of our services or website.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Luxe Thai Massage and its team against all claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Changes apply prospectively and do not affect appointments or bookings made prior to the effective date, which remain governed by the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of booking.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Legal proceedings must take place in Bexar County, Texas.
