How the Luxe Thai Massage Referral Program Works

  1. Book and Enjoy Your Massage

    Start by booking and completing a massage at Luxe Thai Massage.

  2. Refer a Friend

    Invite a friend who has never visited Luxe Thai Massage to book their first appointment.

  3. Friend Mentions Your Name at Booking or Check-In

    When your friend books online or checks in for their first massage, they must let us know you referred them. This step is required in order for the referral to be valid.

  4. You Receive a $25 Credit!

    Once your referred friend completes their first qualifying massage service of 60 minutes or longer and has properly identified you as their referrer, you will receive a $25 coupon toward your next massage.

Important Program Details & Restrictions

  • The $25 referral credit is valid only for online bookings of 60-minute or longer massage services.

  • Referral credits cannot be applied toward membership fees, gift cards, or any other purchases.

  • Please note: Referral credits are subject to our Terms and Conditions and Policies.

  • Referral credits may be combined with other referral credits only. Referral credits may not be combined with any other promotions, discounts, offers, or special pricing, including but not limited to first-time offers, seasonal promotions, or membership rates.

  • Your $25 referral credit is valid for 60 days from the date it is issued.

  • Referral rewards are issued only when the referred new client completes a 60-minute or longer massage service. 30-minute foot massages, add-ons, memberships, and non-service purchases do not qualify.

  • Referral credits have no cash value and are non-refundable.

  • The referral program is only valid for new clients who have never received services at Luxe Thai Massage.

  • Referral credits are intended for personal referrals only. Referrals generated through any business relationship, partnership, promotional agreement, or commercial arrangement are not eligible.

  • Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or any attempt to manipulate the referral program will result in disqualification.

  • Luxe Thai Massage reserves the right to verify all referral activity and determine eligibility and reward issuance at its sole discretion.

Terms & Conditions

  • Luxe Thai Massage reserves the right to modify or cancel the referral program at any time without prior notice.

  • Referral credits will only be awarded after verification of the referred client’s first completed massage appointment.

  • Fraudulent referrals or misuse of the program may result in disqualification from future rewards and services.

  • By participating, you consent to receive referral-related communications via email and/or SMS; message and data rates may apply. Please update your contact preferences accordingly.

  • The referred client must identify the referring customer at the time of booking or check-in. Referral credits will not be issued retroactively.

  • Referral credits are subject to all applicable laws and Luxe Thai Massage policies.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating program terms.

  • The referral credit amount may be adjusted at the discretion of Luxe Thai Massage.

  • Referral Credit Combination & Stacking Policy:

    • ​Referral credits may not be combined or stacked with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

    • Multiple referral credits earned by a single client may be combined by Luxe Thai Massage into a single coupon of equal total value. This process is handled internally and is not available at checkout or upon client request.

    • Referral credits cannot be split across multiple transactions and must be used in accordance with all other program restrictions.

Referral Program FAQ

Who is eligible to participate in the referral program?
All current and new Luxe Thai Massage clients who have completed a massage are eligible to participate. The program is open to anyone who wants to share the gift of relaxation with new customers.

Do all services qualify for referral rewards?

No. Referral rewards are only issued when the referred guest completes a 60-minute or longer massage service. Shorter sessions, including 30-minute foot massages, do not qualify.

Can I refer more than one person?
Yes! There is no limit to how many friends you can refer. 

How do I receive my $25 referral credit?
Once your referred friend completes their first massage, you will receive a $25 coupon code via email (or text if previously arranged). Please check your spam folder to ensure you receive it.

Can the referral credit be used for anything besides massage bookings?
No. Referral credits are only valid for online bookings of massage services and cannot be applied toward memberships, gift cards, or other purchases.

Does the referral credit expire?
Yes, your $25 referral credit is valid for 60 days from the date it is issued.

Can I combine my referral credit with other offers?

No. Referral credits may only be combined with other referral credits.
