Referral Must Be Documented Before Service Is Completed
To qualify for a referral credit, the referred guest must identify the referring client before the referred guest’s first qualifying individual massage service is completed. The referral must be documented through a referral card, booking note, referral code, intake form, or staff-entered checkout note. Undocumented, verbal, or retroactive referral claims are not eligible.

Once your referred guest completes their first qualifying individual massage service of 60 minutes or longer and the referral has been properly documented, you will receive a $25 coupon toward your next massage.
Important Program Details & Restrictions

The $25 referral credit is valid only for online bookings of 60-minute or longer massage services.

Referral credits cannot be applied toward membership fees, gift cards, or any other purchases.

Referral credits may be combined with other referral credits only. Referral credits may not be combined with any other promotions, discounts, offers, or special pricing, including but not limited to first-time offers, seasonal promotions, or membership rates.

Your $25 referral credit is valid for 60 days from the date it is issued.

Referral rewards are issued only when the referred new client completes a 60-minute or longer massage service. 30-minute foot massages, add-ons, memberships, and non-service purchases do not qualify.

Referral credits have no cash value and are non-refundable.

The referral program is only valid for new clients who have never received services at Luxe Thai Massage.

Referral credits are intended for personal referrals only. Referrals generated through any business relationship, partnership, promotional agreement, or commercial arrangement are not eligible.

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or any attempt to manipulate the referral program will result in disqualification.

Couples massage appointments, shared bookings, group appointments, and multi-guest appointments do not qualify for referral rewards, even if one guest is a first-time client.

A returning client booking, attending, or paying with a first-time guest does not automatically qualify as a referral. Referral rewards apply only to qualifying individual first-time client bookings that meet all referral documentation requirements.

Luxe Thai Massage reserves the right to verify all referral activity and determine eligibility and reward issuance at its sole discretion.

Fraudulent referrals or misuse of the program may result in disqualification from future rewards and services.

The referred client must identify the referring customer at the time of booking or check-in. Referral credits will not be issued retroactively.

Multiple referral credits earned by a single client may be combined by Luxe Thai Massage into a single coupon of equal total value. This process is handled internally and is not available at checkout or upon client request.

Referral credits cannot be split across multiple transactions and must be used in accordance with all other program restrictions.

Who is eligible to participate in the referral program?
All current and new Luxe Thai Massage clients who have completed a massage are eligible to participate. The program is open to anyone who wants to share the gift of relaxation with new customers.
Do all services qualify for referral rewards?
No. Referral rewards are only issued when the referred guest completes a qualifying individual massage service of 60 minutes or longer. Shorter sessions, including 30-minute foot massages, do not qualify. Couples massage appointments, shared bookings, group appointments, and multi-guest appointments do not qualify for referral rewards.
Can I refer more than one person?
Yes! There is no limit to how many friends you can refer.
How do I receive my $25 referral credit?
Once your referred friend completes their first massage, you will receive a $25 coupon code via email (or text if previously arranged). Please check your spam folder to ensure you receive it.
Can the referral credit be used for anything besides massage bookings?
No. Referral credits are only valid for online bookings of massage services and cannot be applied toward memberships, gift cards, or other purchases.

Yes, your $25 referral credit is valid for 60 days from the date it is issued.
