How the Luxe Thai Massage Referral Program Works

  1. Book and Enjoy Your Massage

    Start by booking and completing a massage at Luxe Thai Massage.

  2. Refer a Friend

    Invite a friend who has never visited Luxe Thai Massage to book their first appointment.

  3. Friend Mentions Your Name at Booking or Check-In

    When your friend books online or checks in for their first massage, they must let us know you referred them. This step is required in order for the referral to be valid.

  4. You Receive a $20 Credit!

    Once your friend completes their first massage and has identified you as their referrer, you will receive a $20 coupon toward your next massage.

Important Program Details & Restrictions

  • The $20 referral credit is valid only for online bookings of massage services through our website.

  • Referral credits cannot be applied toward membership fees, gift cards, or any other purchases.

  • Please note: Referral credits are subject to our Terms and Conditions and Policies.

  • Credits may not be stacked with other offers, promotions or discounts.

  • Your $20 referral credit is valid for 60 days from the date it is issued.

  • Referral credits have no cash value and are non-refundable.

  • The referral program is only valid for new clients who have never received services at Luxe Thai Massage.

Terms & Conditions

  • Luxe Thai Massage reserves the right to modify or cancel the referral program at any time without prior notice.

  • Referral credits will only be awarded after verification of the referred client’s first completed massage appointment.

  • Fraudulent referrals or misuse of the program may result in disqualification from future rewards and services.

  • By participating, you consent to receive referral-related communications via email and/or SMS; message and data rates may apply. Please update your contact preferences accordingly.

  • Referral cards are non-transferable and must be presented by the new client at their appointment.

  • Referral coupons are subject to Texas state laws and regulations as of 2025.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating program terms.

  • This special $20 referral credit offer is available for new client appointments completed through September 30, 2025. After this date, the referral credit amount may be adjusted.

Who is eligible to participate in the referral program?
All current and new Luxe Thai Massage clients who have completed a massage and received a referral card are eligible to participate. The program is open to anyone who wants to share the gift of relaxation with new customers.

How do I get a referral card?
You will receive a personalized referral card with your name handwritten on it after you complete a massage appointment at Luxe Thai Massage.

Can I refer more than one person?
Yes! There is no limit to how many friends you can refer. 

How do I receive my $20 referral credit?
Once your referred friend completes their first massage, you will receive a $20 coupon code via email (or text if previously arranged). Please check your spam folder to ensure you receive it.

Can the referral credit be used for anything besides massage bookings?
No. Referral credits are only valid for online bookings of massage services and cannot be applied toward memberships, gift cards, or other purchases.

Does the referral credit expire?
Yes, your $20 referral credit is valid for 60 days from the date it is issued.

Can I combine my referral credit with other offers?
Yes, referral credits can be stacked with other promotions and discounts.
