Luxe VIP Membership Policy

This Luxe VIP Membership Policy (“Policy”) supplements the general Terms of Service of Luxe Thai Massage (“LTM”) and governs participation in the Luxe VIP Membership program. By enrolling via our website or booking a member massage, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms.

Membership Overview

The Luxe VIP Membership is a recurring wellness plan, billed at $89 every 30 days, with a one-time, non-refundable $25 enrollment fee due at signup.

Each membership cycle includes one (1) 60-minute Luxe Signature Massage. Membership cycles renew based on the original signup date (for example, if you enroll on May 3, your next cycle begins June 3).

Membership is non-transferable and benefits are available only to active, paid members in good standing.

Upgrades & Included Perks

Members may upgrade their session at the following rates:

– Add 30 minutes (90-min total): $45
– Add 60 minutes (120-min total): $90

Showers are available to VIP Members at a reduced rate of $10 (regular price $15), subject to room and staff availability.

Birthday Bonus: VIP Members may enjoy a 30-minute complimentary add-on, valid only when booked and used on the member’s actual birthday. This bonus is subject to availability and must be requested at the time of booking. Members are required to notify Luxe Thai Massage of their birthday bonus request in advance so appropriate scheduling adjustments can be made. Failure to notify us during booking may result in forfeiture of the bonus due to calendar limitations.

Loyalty Reward – Free 60-Minute Massage After Every 6th Visit

Active Luxe VIP Members will receive one (1) complimentary 60-minute massage after completing six (6) paid member visits.

Eligibility Requirements:

A member must be continuously active and in good standing for a minimum of three (3) full billing cycles (“Maturation Period”) before visit credits begin to accumulate toward the complimentary session.
Only paid and completed massage sessions count toward the six-visit total. Missed appointments, no-shows, canceled sessions, and previously redeemed free massages do not count toward future rewards.
The complimentary 60-minute massage may be redeemed by the member or gifted to a friend, family member, or other recipient of the member’s choosing.
Gifted sessions may be booked online using the coupon provided, and the member’s full name must be included at the time of booking for verification purposes.
The free session must be used within 90 days of issuance and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other services.
The free session cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts and may not be upgraded without payment of the standard upgrade rate.
Luxe Thai Massage reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to redemption. Any attempt to circumvent, falsify, or manipulate visit counts will result in forfeiture of the complimentary session and may result in membership suspension or termination.

Session Use & Booking Responsibilities

Members are responsible for booking their sessions in advance. Availability is not guaranteed.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be forfeited.

Un-booked sessions expire if not used within the rollover period (see below).

Rollover & Expiration Policy

Unused monthly massages roll over for 90 days from the original issue date, provided membership remains active.

Upon cancellation, any unused sessions remain redeemable for 60 days, after which they expire permanently.

Expired sessions are non-redeemable and have no cash or exchange value.

Free Session Verification & Booking Penalties

Before booking an upgraded session (e.g., 90-min or 120-min), members must verify that their free 60-minute session is available.

If an upgrade is booked without an eligible session available:
– The $90 full member rate will be charged for the 60-minute base
– A $15 administrative fee will be applied to manually process the adjustment

Any cancellation or dispute of this charge without prior notice will incur an additional $15 processing fee.

Members may only book their free massage once their membership payment for that cycle has been successfully processed and they are in good standing. Sessions must be used within the cycle they are earned and cannot be booked in advance for future cycles. Booking a free session before renewal or without good standing may result in cancellation of the appointment or additional charges.

Discounts, Promo Codes & Fair Use

VIP Member rates cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or promo codes.

Referral Coupons earned through the Luxe Thai Massage referral program may be used by active VIP Members when booking.

No other discounts, promotions, or external coupons may be combined with member rates.

Any attempt to misuse, stack, or share unauthorized offers may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

Guests, Gift Cards & Sharing

VIP benefits are intended for the enrolled member only.

Members may not share, gift, or transfer sessions to others, except as expressly allowed under the 6th Visit Free Massage benefit.

Gift cards cannot be applied toward member-rate services or upgrades.

Cancellations, Billing & Payments

Members may cancel at any time with at least 7 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.

All monthly membership fees are non-refundable. Cancellation will prevent future billing, but fees already paid for the current month will not be refunded.

Late cancellations may result in one final monthly charge, which is non-refundable.

$25 late fee applies to any failed or overdue payments.

All membership benefits terminate immediately upon cancellation, unless used within the 60-day post-cancellation grace window.

Member Conduct & Liability

Members must maintain accurate contact and payment information on file.

Any conduct deemed inappropriate, abusive, or unlawful may result in denied service and termination of membership.

LTM is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Members agree to waive all claims against LTM and its staff except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Legal Disclosure – Texas Health Spa Act

This agreement is not a contract for health spa services under Chapter 702 of the Texas Occupations Code and is exempt from state-required bonding and refund regulations.

Luxe Thai Massage may update membership terms, pricing, or availability at any time with reasonable notice.

Severability Clause

If any provision of this Policy is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law Clause

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

Acknowledgment of Terms

By enrolling in the Luxe VIP Membership, you confirm that you:
– Have read and agree to this Policy and LTM’s general Terms of Service;
– Understand your session use, booking, and billing responsibilities;
– Accept the limitations on discounts, expiration of services, and cancellation terms.
